How I'm going to do this is name the topic of what both games have, and measure on which is the better of the two. IHUD - Has allot more choices in it as well as combos.
Hulk PC - Has a limit on attacks as well as combos and range is short. IHUD - Can only block attacks by flatting a truck and using it as a shield. Hulk PC - Can block most attacks by raising his guard up or doge an oncoming attack by side-stepping and if that's not enough, he can also use a vehicle as a shield.
IHUD - With each different vehicle has it's own attacks as well as defense. For exp. Trucks can be used as a Frisbee or a shield. Tanks can be thrown like they did in the movie.
Impaling foes with narrow objects, or clubbing them like a baseball bat, or swinging it like a golf club. Can also recover lost steel-fists once thrown. Hulk PC - Takes any vehicle including tanks and crushes them into steel-fists only which don't really show any features of the vehicle once conformed. Not much else. Overhead clubbing from the tank cannons, trees and hammer-like material form fallen buildings is a cool thou.
Can recover only one lost steel-fists, only to throw it at someone. Can't conform AC units either. IHUD - Can kill or spare anyone if player so choosing. Hulk PC - The developers made civilians here, pretty stupid and nearly blind.
They walk right up to you before they start to notice; "Hey there's a big green guy here, better run the other way. They don't even beg for their life, instead they threaten you, if you don't put them down. Can't kill anyone no matter what he does to them. While Hulk PC here, can punch them in the face as hard as he can, throw them into a building only to watch them limp away, while a solider can be killed with ease. I guess civilians are tougher then the marines.
IHUD - Looks to cartoon-ish. Like you're playing a comic book. I don't care for that. Hulk PC - Great detail. Looks real, almost life-like. Their effort shows.
IHUD - Can grab even large size foes to bring them down. Can do incredible and humiliating fatalities to hulk busters, such as pile-drivers, even to marines.
Can snap hulk busters backs in two, then toss their lifeless body away, and body-slam them into the ground pretty good too, as well as civilians, but still limp away.
They both fair as far as height, but the issue is that once they fall, they can throw a punch to propel themselves forward. IHUD - The hulk here can do this three times. PC Hulk - Only once. Unlockable costumes. The rest is full of Hulks in different shorts as national flags.
Note: Iron Clad and Professor hulk, can talk. IHUD - Six maps in total. Counting the church yard, underground lab, cabin in Canada, old western town. Hulk PC - Two maps, counting the factory in Brazil. IHUD - Can destroy only some buildings. And once they're destroyed, they stay that way. Hulk PC - Can destroy any building and will return later.
Like destroying a Cathedral church at mass over and over again. My personal favorite : Another feature this one has, is that the hulk can grapple a building and throw himself upward to the top, unlike IHUD where you just completely run vertically up a building, oh give me a brake.
IHUD - Jump zones are in good proximity from each other. Hulk PC - Subway stations are hard to find in this map, but does throw the National Guard off your tail. But seriously, you're telling me he's to big to walk into a building, but not to big to go into a subway station, wait in line and go threw the toll both, go threw the subway doors and sit in a crowded area? Hulk PC - 3 sec freeze up once in awhile.
IHUD - Nothing. Hulk PC - He can pull a concrete chunk out from it, but not as far as finding any thing of value, or hiding from the military. This is more in the Weaponization category.
Neither Hulk can swim. I would have loved it if he could do some deep sea diving, like they did in GTA games. So to recap. IHUD - Cons. PC Hulk - Pros. IHUD - Pros. PC Hulk - Cons. Both games are equal. This was a close one but, it just can't match the criteria of the other.
Sorry SEGA, but nice try. This game is a fun hulk smashing game. I haven't fully had a chance to play it as the reason I bought it for the PC is to see if it has all the problems that the console game has.
Plus it was Cheap and I am a hulk fan. Well let me say that this game is OK for those that like beat'em up game and destroy all the environment that surround you in a sand box, graphics are also OK, one thing that I read before bought the game was all the complains about crashes, let me tell you that I don't have any problem of that kind, sometimes chop when the upload the area, but that was all, about the story it does have nothing that tie in the game with the movie, it's like Iron Man, the game has its own story, missions are a little bit repetitive smash this, smash that, take that thing to that place, beat that guy or that monster you name it.
If you bought it for a good price is going to be a good investment and also a good game to kill time, more if you love Hulk of course, otherwise if you are a fan-core you are going to be disappoint. This is a must have game!!! You will be fighting the same enemies from the movie, and of course, for the love of Betty Ross.
